The general terms and conditions of online store karmouss.net (Karmouss), which determine the conditions for the purchase and sale of products, are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and international e-commerce codes
We advise you to read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using the online store website. By using the website, you agree with stated terms. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use Karmouss.net website. The provider reserves the right to change the conditions on Karmouss.net website at any time. All changes are binding on customers, so we recommend that you regularly review the terms of business.
Karmouss.net is an online store operated by TRAFIKAFE D.O.O., Obala 144A, LUCIJA – LUCIA, 6320 Portorož – Portorose – SLOVENIA TAX NR. SI69999520 (hereinafter the provider).
All prices on Karmouss.net online store are listed in EUR. The price listed next to each bottle does not include shipping costs. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price that is published on the day of the order (i.e. on the day of closing and placing the order) is valid.
The price displayed at the end of the order is the final price, consisting of the price of the product and shipping costs.
All the contract data are stored at Karmouss.net. They are available either in the buyer account of an individual buyer (access via Internet) or in provider’s database (access in person or by phone). The buyer can obtain a sales contract (order) in Slovenian, English, Italian and Russian. The customer is responsible for information provided in the process of executing the order. The provider is not responsible for any errors in delivery due to the wrong address. The buyer will receive an invoice for the ordered and paid goods by post together with the ordered goods.

Steps of purchase – concluding a contract
To complete the order, it is necessary to register the customer (permanent registration in the system) or identify the customer by filling out the form “Quick purchase” (single registration in the system). If the buyer already has a buyername and password, they continue the purchase with their buyer account information.
Selection of items – placing an order
The buyer selects the items he wants, fills in all the necessary information in the cart and at the checkout and places the order. The order is queued and the customer receives a copy of the order in their mailbox. The customer has an option to cancel the order in a row via email within two hours. The order is stored in the “Archive” on the provider’s server. It is accessible to the buyer via the “Archive” link in the “Login” column.
Order confirmed – contract concluded
Within 48 hours at the latest, the seller reviews the order, checks the availability of the product and confirms the order or rejects it. If the price changes during the process of order, the provider undertakes to try to offer the buyer a lower price or offer an appropriate solution that would be mutually satisfactory. The provider reserves the right to call the buyer on his phone number. The contract between the provider and the buyer is irrevocably concluded in the case of confirmation of the order with the message “In processing”, and in the case of rejection of the order the contract is not concluded.
The seller packs and sends the goods within the promised deadline with the attached original invoice and any instructions or certificates.

Cash in Advance
When paying by proforma invoice, a proforma invoice and sample payment slip will be displayed. You can pay the deposit via the online bank, at the bank or at the post office. The method of payment via online banks is certainly the safest and fastest of all payment methods and is therefore also the most desirable.
Credit and debit card
The Karmouss.net online store allows you to pay with your credit or debit card. All payments are processed through a Paypal (www.paypal.com) payment service provider. The goods are sent after confirmation of payment to the buyer’s address.
After placing the order, the customer is redirected to the PayPal page, where he makes a payment with the PayPal service. The goods are sent after confirmation of payment to the buyer’s address.
The seller issues an invoice to the buyer by electronic medium, with all the costs. The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider’s server and is accessible to the customer at any time in his buyer profile (My Account).
Until the full payment for the products from an individual order, the ordered products remain the property of the provider, even if they have already been delivered to the customer. In case of non-payment or incomplete payment, the provider also has an alternative right to request the return of the product in perfect condition.

The seller will make every effort to have the goods delivered to the client within the specified deadlines. After placing the order, you will receive a message with a copy of the order, which contains the ordered items and the total price. The order message will also include the phone number and e-mail address for customer contact, which you can contact in case of any questions or comments regarding your order. If goods you have ordered are not in stock, we will inform you. The seller may reject the order in the period until the notification is issued that the order is “In process”, for which it finds that it cannot execute it under the stated conditions.
Delivery of the ordered goods is performed by our contractual partners: TNT d.o.o., Leskovskova 6, 1000 Ljubljana. All orders placed by 1pm will be shipped the same or next day (if the goods are in stock). Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The online store is not responsible for overdue delivery.
Delivery takes place in the morning, so it is recommended that you specify the delivery address where you will be available in the morning – the ordered goods can also be delivered to your workplace. If the delivery is not successful or if you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery service will leave you notification, and you can call them later and arrange a new delivery. We also recommend that you state the phone number you can always reach. The cost of delivery is calculated before the completion of the order, so you do not have any additional costs after the payment is made.
In case the product is not in stock, we will immediately inform you and present the rest of the offer or inform you of delivery time for the ordered items.
The seller reserves the right to reject the ordered goods at its discretion.

The buyer can cancel an order within 2 hours after placing the order by e-mail.

The purchase price is transferred to the buyer’s transaction (personal) account, which the buyer communicates in the return notification.
The costs of sending are covered by the buyer. The seller covers the costs of sending only in the case of return due to delivery of the wrong goods, (e.g. if the buyer does not receive the goods he has ordered).
Terms of Complaint
The buyer may reclaim goods if the goods do not have the characteristics explicitly promised by the seller, if the seller sent the wrong products, in the wrong quantity or otherwise deviate from the buyer’s order. The buyer can complain about the goods within 14 days of purchase and request an immediate replacement for the same, faultless item or within the statutory period and under the conditions for making a complaint due to a material defect.
When complaining, the buyer may, in accordance with legal restrictions, request the replacement of the item, its repair or a refund.
The buyer can return the goods by returning it by post at his own expense and by prior agreement with the seller. There is no other way to return at our expense. We do not accept redemption shipments!

Registration and/or entry of personal data in the Karmouss.net online shopping center is necessary and exclusively necessary only for the proper implementation of Karmouss.net services. Your personal information will never be used if you do not agree with the method of use. Buyers have access to information we hold about them through their buyer account.
